Housing charity says thanks for donations

Last week Yorkshire Coast Homes held an event aimed at supporting the work of our registered staff charity by asking local businesses to provide a range of goods and services that we aim to use across the next 12 months as raffle prizes and auction items.

As a social housing provider Yorkshire Coast Homes is committed to supporting and strengthening communities and we set up our staff charity three years ago in order to raise funds for local organisations. Last year we raised over £10,000 and awarded 10 local charities with £1,000 each and your donations will help us enormously to make a difference in our region once again this year.

I just wanted to express our sincere thanks to anyone who provided a donation of a raffle prize.

The unprecedented support we received was extremely appreciated.
