Walls hits the heights at Wainstones event

Four Club members competed in the Wainstones Half Marathon. This consisted of a 13.5 mile trail course which had a very testing 2,500 feet of climb. The quartet was headed by Danny Walls, who came 15th overall in 2 hours 17 minutes. Susan Partridge was next in eighth female overall and third Over-40 and ahead of Joanne Abbott in 25th and eighth Over-40 in 3 hours 11 minutes. Dave Parke was 56th overall of 145 and the third Over-60 in 2 hours 55.
