SILVER ROYD TO HOST LADIES DAY

-

After the success of Scarborough RUFC’s inaugural Ladies Day in 2015, the club are hosting the event again this year, on Saturday 24 September. Scarborough RUFC Ladies Day, which will run from 12.30pm until 8.30pm, promises to give its guests a glamorous red-carpet experience, with a drinks and photograph reception, a two-course meal with wine, a post-match afternoon tea, live music and more. The event is being held around the club’s first team match against West Leeds, which promises to be an exciting fixture. Event organiser Craig Farrell said: “Last year’s event was hugely successful. “Over 100 ladies enjoyed a fabulous day full of fun. “It’s a great opportunity to dress up and make an occasion out of coming to the rugby, and we make sure the ladies receive a true VIP experience. “After two extremely successful seasons for our women’s rugby team, the Valkyries, we’re starting to see more and more women and girls venture up to Silver Royd. “Whether they’re playing, spectating or taking their children to Active Youth on a Sunday, it would be great to continue growing our female membership at our family club.” “We’re expecting tickets to sell quickly for this event, so I’d encourage any ladies who are interested to get in touch as soon as possible.” Tickets for Scarborough RUFC Ladies Day are £25. To book your seat or table now by contacting Craig Farrell on 07718918426 or Scarborough RUFC on 01723 357740.
