Free health event in Ayton

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) for West Ayton and Snainton Surgeries is working in partnership with Derwent Valley BRIDGE Community Library and Resource Centre to run a free event for all at Ayton Village Hall, Wilson’s Lane, East Ayton on Thursday November 3 from 10am to 2pm. It will focus on how to keep warm and well in winter, featuring cooking demonstrations (10.15am), chair exercises (11.15am and 12.30pm), talk on exercise for health (11.45am and 1pm). Soup and a roll on offer for visitors.
