Man charged with sex offences

A Blackpool man has appeared in court charged with historic child sex offences. Gary Boyes, 40, of Charles Street, is charged with rape and showing a child images of sexual activity. He appeared at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court for alleged offences in North Yorkshire and was remanded in custody until March 10.
