Man in court over store coffee theft

A coffee thief must pay £3 compensation for pinching Nescafe from a Scarborough store. Jason Watson, 38, of Grosvenor Crescent, pleaded guilty to one count of theft at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on February 9. Watson was also given an absolute discharge for the theft from Ramshill Road Sainsbury’s on September 29.
