Young people from the age of four to 17 will take part in a day of performance inspired by Greek myths, legends and theatre at Scarborough’s Stephen Joseph Theatre next month.

Epic will see four to sevenyear-olds from the theatre’s Tiny Time Rounders group and eight-to-11-year-olds from the Scarborough and Eastfield Rounders groups perform devised shows in the Round from 2pm on Saturday March 11.

In the evening, the theatre’s older Rounders groups will take to the stage, with shows from Filey Rounders (aged 12-plus) and the Scarborough Rounders 12-to-14year-old group.

All the shows will be directed by members of the theatre’s Youth Theatre team including Matt Stradling, Ernest Acquah, Lee Atkinson and Laura Hawley-Collings.
