Car fire leaves man with burns

A man has been taken to hospital with burns to his face and head following a car fire in Thorton-leDale. Crews attended the incident at noon on Monday after a fire broke out in the car on a driveway in Aunums Close. The man was taken to hospital from the scene and the car was completely destroyed.
