Farewell to town’s ‘Mr Music’
Scarborough’s “Mr Music” George Ritchie has played his last note. The pub pianist extraordinaire passed away on February 9 and a funeral service was held last Friday. Mr Ritchie entertained thousands and was once voted Britain’s best pub pianist.
