Healthy change at fitness club

The lease of Eastfield health club Fashionable Fitness has been sold, on behalf of the landlord, the Millard family. The 10,505 sq ft club had been significantly refurbished and re-equipped by the landlord following the termination of the previous lease. Christie & Co secured a deal with Community Leisure Services Partners, a charitable incorporated organisation who have appointed 3d Leisure Limited, of Surrey, to support them in running the business. It will continue to trade as Fashionable Fitness.
