On Shrove Tuesday, February 28, all are welcome to come and clean the 40 candle brass chandelier above the altar. The candles are lit for special occasions but it has not had a thorough clean for many years.

The chandelier will be lowered, and the heating on, ready for 11am and hopefully will be done by noon in time for pancakes at the back of church.

Coffee will be available throughout and even half an hour’s help will be appreciated.
