Fully-funded training for businesses

-

Tyro Training is offering fully funded training for businesses thanks to support from the European Union.

Skills Support for the Workforce is an initiative by the European Social Fund, and Tyro Training has been engaged to supply training in the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding region.

The scheme is for SMEs (including charities and social enterprises), and offers fully funded training specific to an organisation’s particular requirements.

Kasha Button, business development manager for Tyro Training in Scarborough, said: “This is a fantastic initiative that can really help business growth in the area by upskilling staff.

“It’s really straightforward for organisations to get involved. We’ll arrange for one of our team to visit an organisation to conduct a training needs analysis, and then match or tailor suitable courses to benefit their specific needs.”

Training will be tailored for individual needs and could include courses in management, Excel, social media, marketing or customer service.

To arrange a free, hassle-free training needs assessment and to confirm your organisation’s eligibility, call us on 01723 588072 or email cbilton@ craven-college.ac.uk

Tyro Training - the commercial training division of Craven College - offers an extensive range of training through its Scarborough Business Park centre, from legislative courses such as First Aid and Food Safety, to apprenticeships and management qualifications.

The Tyro team has wide-ranging business experience and promise high-quality training which can make a difference to you and your organisation.
