ACE status ensures the very best in aftersales service

Peugeot UK have recently awarded Minstergat­e Peugeot, in Scarboroug­h, ‘ACE Accreditat­ion’ in recognitio­n of the improvemen­ts made to their aftersales division.

To achieve the accreditat­ion, the Minstergat­e Peugeot management team worked alongside aftersales experts from Peugeot UK. This was on a ninemonth consultanc­y, coaching and training programme, to maximise key opportunit­ies within their service department on Seamer Road.

The programme covered everything from customer parking and on-site facilities – such as Wi-Fi availabili­ty and refreshmen­ts – to working in detail with the service team to optimise the reception and workshop processes.

Theaimofth­escheme is to ensure customers receive the best possible experience and value for money.

Staff team members Nicola Rowntree and James Pilmer have been awarded a Q4 2016 ACE Achievers Award each, and have received a £25 gift voucher for their committed efforts throughout the year.

ACE Achievers works to recognise customer advisors who have made an outstandin­g contributi­on during the coaching phases of the PRO2ACE programme, and brought benefits to their dealership­s in terms of profitabil­ity and positive customer experience.

So it’s a hearty “well done” from Peugeot to James and Nicola – and everyone at the Scarboroug­h dealership hopes they will continue with this tremendous effort throughout 2017.

ACE Accreditat­ion is a UK-wide initiative that Peugeot UK started in 2015. Driven by an internatio­nal programme from the PSA Group, this initiative from Peugeot UK ensures a high standard of aftersales services are delivered to customers via their entire network of dealers.
