ACE status ensures the very best in aftersales service
Peugeot UK have recently awarded Minstergate Peugeot, in Scarborough, ‘ACE Accreditation’ in recognition of the improvements made to their aftersales division.
To achieve the accreditation, the Minstergate Peugeot management team worked alongside aftersales experts from Peugeot UK. This was on a ninemonth consultancy, coaching and training programme, to maximise key opportunities within their service department on Seamer Road.
The programme covered everything from customer parking and on-site facilities – such as Wi-Fi availability and refreshments – to working in detail with the service team to optimise the reception and workshop processes.
Theaimofthescheme is to ensure customers receive the best possible experience and value for money.
Staff team members Nicola Rowntree and James Pilmer have been awarded a Q4 2016 ACE Achievers Award each, and have received a £25 gift voucher for their committed efforts throughout the year.
ACE Achievers works to recognise customer advisors who have made an outstanding contribution during the coaching phases of the PRO2ACE programme, and brought benefits to their dealerships in terms of profitability and positive customer experience.
So it’s a hearty “well done” from Peugeot to James and Nicola – and everyone at the Scarborough dealership hopes they will continue with this tremendous effort throughout 2017.
ACE Accreditation is a UK-wide initiative that Peugeot UK started in 2015. Driven by an international programme from the PSA Group, this initiative from Peugeot UK ensures a high standard of aftersales services are delivered to customers via their entire network of dealers.
