The annual Saint Catherine’s Hospice “Colour the Coast” event is coming to Filey beach. Hundreds of supporters will gather at Filey Brigg Car Park on Sunday May 14 to run, skip and dash 5K along the beautiful Filey coastline whilst being covered in a rainbow of brightly coloured powder.

Event organiser Nicky Grunwell said: “We are so excited about this year’s Colour the Coast. The event is truly one of a kind for Saint Catherine’s. Last year was a huge success and this year we hope to see even more people there to make it bigger and better.”

Colour the Coast is open to everyone of all ages over five. Organisers would love to see teams of colleagues, groups of friends and families involved for this fun event.

If participants raise over £100 for Saint Catherine’s they will be automatically entered into a prize draw with the chance of winning £200 worth of vouchers courtesy of Tipple Underwood Estate Agents.

All sponsorship must be returned to Saint Catherine’s, Throxenby Lane, Scarborough by noon on Wednesday June 14 to be entered into the draw.
