A 9.48-acre freehold site with outline planning permission for residential development off Church Lane, Cayton, is being sold, on behalf of a private landowner. “The planning permission does not specify the number of dwellings, but an indicative plan has been prepared for 80 dwellings,” said a spokesman for property consultants Carter Jonas.
