THE term “new normal” has now entered our common vernacular, but very little feels normal right now. Uncertainty over the future is unsettling and until we return to a semblance of “normality”, in extraordinary times we can still rely on the extraordinary people across the country to go that extra mile. Across Scotland, individuals and businesses have been going above and beyond to support our frontline workers. This new normal of kindness, generosity, positivity and support is certainly one that we can get behind.
