Ivy Feeds Frontline Workers
Dining institution The Ivy launched an effort from their Buchanan Street branch to deliver well-earned, delicious meals to NHS workers. Working in collaboration with The Caring Foundation, the restaurant opened up its kitchen in the heart of Glasgow, to allow volunteers to prepare and deliver 1500 meals a week for the Ambulance Service. The frontline heroes were treated to iconic Ivy dishes such as their traditional and vegetarian Shepherd’s pies.
