Kapil Seshayee, The Gharial, out now. On his second album, Glasgow-based “desifuturi­st” art rocker Kapil Seshayee turns a critical eye to the Bollywood film industry and the caste-based discrimina­tion, political bias and misogyny behind the glamour.

David Luximon, Duty Of Care, Last Night From Glasgow, out now. An early taste of the new album from Edinburgh-born, London-based songwriter David Luximon, due in 2021. Released to benefit Age UK and Age Scotland during the pandemic.

Bodyheat, Indoor Music, Heavy Rapid Records, out now. A mere five years after their self-titled debut, Glasgow-based jangle-pop five-piece Bodyheat snuck back with seven tracks of pure joy at the beginning of May.

Good Dog, Creature, Lost Map, out now. Good Dog is the new solo project from Lost Map Records stalwart Susan Bear. A dreamy, lo-fi, debut album that is “kind of a diary of my 20s”.

Wuh Oh, Stay Tuned, RCA, July 10. Glaswegian producer Wuh Oh should have been having a huge summer, with bookings at some of the UK’S biggest music festivals. But he hasn’t let the change in plans get him down if the irrespress­ibly upbeat Stay Tuned anything to go by.

Brand content manager Katrina has been touring old Dundee on her lunchbreak­s. Today’s find is the abandoned Old Mains Churchyard. Some of the intricatel­y-carved gravestone­s go back to the 18th century, and this stone caught her eye, reclaimed by nature and cradled by the trunks of an ash tree.
