Heartfelt plea

-

I CAN forgive the purveyors of junk mail who know no better when addressing my mail. Also, a well-known roadhouse in Morningside, which describes itself as being based in the country surrounding the Scottish capital. But should the royal Bank of Scotland, my bank since 1969, address me as resident in edinburgh,

or perhaps I could blame my beloved, ailing football club for being better known than their Leith rivals.

DoUGLaS BaIN can spout this stuff without any sense of shame about the mess it left behind. There’s about as much chance of Labour winning the next election as england winning the cricket.

- Handsome Scotsman Labour might not be perfect but it does try to protect workers and improve their lot.

- William John Labour had 15 years to sort things out.

- Cagey

- Gavin1267 He doesn’t seem to understand which powers are controlled by which parliament.

- Lies and stats This “crisis” is not Holyrood’s fault. As long as Westminster has control of the UK, Scotland will have to go along with the rulings of Westminster.

- Flakey So Miliband says something and is called every name under the sun. Then Nationalists complain when english politicians are reluctant to get involved in the independence debate.
