Something to suit every buyer in Peebles
All the properties at the recentlylaunched Hydro Gardens development in the former grounds of the Peebles Hydro Hotel in the Scottish Borders have been sold in the first release.
Hydro Gardens comes from residential developer, Queensberry Properties, which is a partnership between Cruden Homes and Buccleuch Property.
Four five-bedroomed detached villas and one fivebedroomed semi-detached villa have already been snapped up at the site but large family homes aren’t the only house types that will be on offer.
While a further release of three five-bedroomed linked-detached Caddon style villas, all with a single garage, have now been released for sale – to appeal to larger households and with prices from £385,000 – first-time buyers and downsizers will be catered for in this second release too.
Also announced is a selection of one and twobedroomed apartments with prices starting from a budget-friendly £135,000.
