Champions through to last four

Merchiston Castle School, the defending champions, will face Robert Gordon’s College in the semi-finals of the Scottish Schools’ Championships at St George’s a week on Thursday.

The other boys’ semi is between mackie academy and the High School of Glasgow.

George Watson’s College versus Jordanhill School is an outstanding quarter-final in the girls’ event, and the winners will meet Beaconhurst School.

The other semi-final is between the High School of Dundee and Mary Erskine School.
