Consultant buys asbestos outfit

Health, safety and environment consultancy EDP has completed the acquisition of IOM Consulting’s asbestos site services division.

As part of the deal, a 34-strong team has joined EDP. In addition, EDP has acquired the office locations in Glasgow and London, with specialist teams also located in Edinburgh and Stafford.
