Care home plans under consideration
Plans have been submitted for a new care home in Fortrose.
Highland Council are considering an application from CRGP Architects. If approved, the plans would see the 40-bed building erected off Ness Road, Fortrose.
Prepared on behalf of the Parklands Group, the facility would serve the wider Black Isle community. Acknowledging local building styles with the use of strong end gables and solid materials such as stone, timber and zinc, the planned building is oriented around a south-facing courtyard.
