Burnell voted Exiles chief
Paul Burnell, London Scottish’s most capped international, has been elected club president. He succeeds outgoing president Rod Lynch who is retiring after 16 years in the post.
Burnell won 52 Scotland caps as an Exile, gaining the first against England at Twickenham in 1989 in a 12-12 draw.
Born in Edinburgh in 1965, he moved to England as a child and has lived outside Scotland ever since.
