Yo! is on a roll

We can’t believe they’re 20 years old, as it seems like only yesterday that we first picked nigiri and California rolls off the conveyor belt at Yo! Sushi. Now re-branded so they’re just called Yo!, their birthday coincides with yesterday’s launch of a new 72 cover restaurant on 85 West George Street, Glasgow. It features an origami-inspired ceiling, all the goodies, like yakisoba, gyoza and katsu, from their summer menu, as well as 16 vegan dishes and 33 vegetarian options. Go Yo!
