Man who died after harbour fall Polish national

A man who died after falling into Kirkwall Harbour has been identified as a Polish national.

His body was recovered from the water at about 08:30am on Sunday after the alarm was raised by a member of the public.

It is understood the man was part of a group which had chartered a yacht moored in the marina a day after arriving in Orkney.

Police Scotland said there were no suspicious circumstances.
