Artist creates a monster of a sculpture

-

Tourists seeking out the Loch Ness monster will now be guaranteed a sighting of the creature thanks to a giant sculpture.

The new £20,000 structure has been installed by the shores of the loch.

It is nearly 20ft long and 6ft tall and sits at a beauty spot behind the Dores Inn which looks out over the iconic body of water.

The sculpture is made from marine grade stainless steel and is designed to sit in the loch, although it is currently on land.

Dores Inn owner Adam Da-silva commissioned the work from artist and sculptor Carn Standing.
