Talktalk top for landline complaints

Talk Talk has topped the table for landline complaints, while BT is the worst performing broadband provider in terms of customers satisfaction, says the latest data from Ofcom.

Complaints about landline telephone services increased between the last three months of 2016 and the first quarter of 2017, while pay-monthly mobile complaints fell. The number of broadband and pay-tv complaints remained stable during the period. Vodafone attracted more complaints than any other mobile provider.
