- By RACHEL MCDERMOTT

The father of missing Corrie Mckeague yesterday vowed to end the “lies and deceit” surrounding his son’s disappearance.

Martin Mckeague, 48, said that “the truth about everything that’s happened here will all come out” once the airman is found. He did not reveal further details of the alleged deceit as he pledged to do everything in his power to bring Corrie home.

Corrie, 23, has been missing since September of last year when he was last seen following a night out with friends in Bury St Edmunds.

It is believed his body is buried at a landfill site after being transported nearly 30 miles in a rubbish truck. His father described the specialist search teams as “heroes”.
