There’s more to vegetarian dining than risotto and stuffed peppers, as Michelin star chef Alyn Williams of London restaurant Alyn Williams at The Westbury, will prove at his special Edinburgh Food Studio dinner on Thursday 6 July from 8pm. The event, Undergroun­d Society: A Vegetable Revolution, consists of a set option for £42, or add £35 for matching drinks.
