Men attacked with knife near takeaway shop

Detectives in Paisley are appealing for information after two men were assaulted in Paisley in the early hours yesterday. Around 3am two men aged 26 and 27 years were walking on Causeyside Street, Paisley, near to the Mr Kebab take-away shop when they were assaulted by a man with a knife.

The two men were taken by ambulance to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley, where they were treated before being released.

The suspect is described as being white, 6ft, of stocky build with short brown hair.
