Man exposes himself to teenagers

A man wearing a bow tie indecently exposed himself to two teenagers.

Police said the incident happened at around 4:30pm on 5 July on the B9112 road at Aberdalgie. A man approached two 18-year-old women, exposed himself and made a lewd comment. He was of dark-skinned appearance, about 30 years of age, 5ft 9ins tall and with dark hair and stubble. He was wearing a white shirt, bow tie and dark dress trousers.
