CLARIFICATIONS & CORRECTIONS

In a story which appeared on page 14 of the Scotsman on July 11 we reported defence minister Mark Lancaster had ruled out intervening in the decision to shut down an inquiry into British soldiers in Afghanistan. The Ministry of Defence has asked to to clarify the inquiry is, in fact, continuing "until all credible allegations have been investigated.
