Mary Thomas (Letters, 11 July) tells us 4,000 Scottish businesses have signed a Business for Scotland Declaration, supporting separatism. She cites this as compelling evidence that Scottish business are not “fed up” with Nicola Sturgeon’s dream of independence and do not consider that the SNP’S obsession with constitutional change is destabilising for our economy.
