Hot stuff: Taps aff are not welcome at shopping centre as temperatures rise

As Scotland basks in glorious sunshine, Silverburn shopping centre yesterday announced the help of a specialist fashion team in an effort to curb the city’s love for going topless Dubbed the “Taps Oan” Squad, shoppers will see the summer style ambassadors equipped with T-shirts, handing them out in an effort to make sure “taps” remain firmly “oan” in and around the centre.
