Omega sees 67% take-up of offer

Omega Diagnostics, the Alva-based healthcare firm, said yesterday that just over 67 per cent of the shares available under its open offer had been applied for by shareholders.

The open offer was part of a fundraising to raise around £3.6 million to help accelerate growth at the firm whose products are used in allergy tests.
