Teenager held over play park death

A teenager has been arrested in connection with a brawl at a play park in Glasgow in which a man died.

The 17-year-old male is being held in police custody in relation to an alleged assault.

Police Scotland made the arrest following an incident in Ballantay Terrace, Castlemilk, on 8 July.

Jamie Lee, 22, died and five others were injured in the incident in which two men were shot. Two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, have already appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court in connection with the incident.
