Sex attack on teenage girl in woodland

A teenage girl has been indecently assaulted as she walked in a wooded area of Penicuik.

It happened around 3.15pm on Thursday near to Rullion Road and Deanburn. The teenager and her friend, both aged 14, had been making their way through the woods when a man walked past them and touched one of them inappropriately. He is described as tanned, in his late 30s or early 40s, with a heavy build, and a beard.
