Fire crews cut victim free after two-car collision

One person had to be cut free following a two-vehicle accident on the A93 in Perthshire.

The crash took place at 4:20pm, one mile south of Guildtown, and left the driver of one car trapped.

Fire crews used cutting equipment to free them before they could be passed to paramedics.

The casualty was transferred to Perth Royal Infirmary with what are thought to be minor injuries.
