Well’s goal celebration tells Robinson his summer signing policy is paying off

-

You can see by their work ethic, their celebrations.

“We train really, really hard. We have a hard working week. Our motto is to try to be fitter and stronger than everyone in the league. That comes free. The players have really bought into that, you can see that already.

“It does take a bit of time for people to get to know each other. I think our trip away helped us as well. We recruited early in the summer which brought people together early.”

Chris Cadden feels the new players adapted to the club straight away. “It’s credit to the gaffer and recruitment staff, they have brought in great players,” he said. “Not only that, they are a great bunch of boys. It’s really easy to get them bedded in when they are such great guys. They have come in and worked hard.

“You are obviously a bit anxious when you see all these new signings being made, but first day they came in the boys that have been here for a while welcomed them and they were brilliant with us as well.”

Robinson has a fully-fit squad for tonight’s trip to face Edinburgh City. Stephen Mcmanus could come in as Motherwell bid to wrap up qualification.
