Funding boost for online care tool

An Angus charity has secured funding for a free secure online tool to help families, friends and carers support someone in need.

Angus Care and Repair has obtained a grant from the Technology Enabled Care Ready national funding scheme to buy a system called Rally Round.

This enables individuals to invite people they know to lend a hand with care and support needs. The service will be available for one year as a pilot project. The online tool has helpful features to make it easier to arrange regular or one off tasks for anyone needing assistance.
