Nine out of ten passengers are happy with Scotrail, a new independent passenger survey has reported

I don’t think 9/10 commuters would say they were satisfied at the service or the price. Despite being told otherwise, trains are still missing out stations to keep to schedule. Barely a week goes by where one of my trains isn’t cancelled, late or overcrowded due to a lack of carriages. A train isn’t counted as being late until it exceeds 5mins for local and 10mins for longer services. Then at stations the board states the train has ‘arrived’ about a minute prior to it actually arriving. – Onsto
