Midlothian retail centre bags two new tenants

- By SCOTT REID

Bosses at the Penicuik Shopping Centre in Midlothian have attracted two new tenants following a marketing campaign to attract more retailers.

LCP, which manages the site on behalf of Evolve Estates, said it had signed up Kingstan Holdings, trading as Vaporized, for a unit on a five-year lease, while takeaway pizza and delivery chain Domino’s has taken a 20-year lease on another unit.

Two units are still vacant at the centre, which is also home to B&M, Farmfoods, Greggs and Lloyds.

Julian Diamond, asset manager at LCP, said: “It’s great news that we continue to attract both local, independent retailers and well-known high street names to Penicuik.”
