Passenger killed in bike crash is named

A motorbike passenger who was killed in a crash has been named.

Ilza Regina Defilippi, 69, from Brazil, had been travelling on a BMW 1200 GS when the crash occurred in Moray on Wednesday.

The two-vehicle collision occurred on the A939 Lecht to Tomintoul road.

Police Scotland is still investigating the collision and has asked witnesses who have not yet come forward to contact them on 101.
