Personal injury arbitration service
The Faculty of Advocates has launched a new service for people seeking redress after being injured.
Around 40 advocates and QCS will be available to act as counsel as part of the personal injury arbitration service. The same number are expected to be qualified to be appointed as personal injury arbitrators by the end of the year.
Gordon Jackson QC, dean of the Faculty of Advocates, said: “This is about extending consumer choice for people seeking compensation.
