Merchant and Camlin out

Edinburgh University’s Becky Merchant and Watsonians goalie Lucy Camlin missed out when Scotland head coach Gordon Shepherd named a squad of 18 for the European Nations Championships in Amsterdam this month.

Shepherd said: “On the back of three wins against France our selection decisions were more difficult, but I feel we have picked a squad that will achieve our goals.” Scotland face Germany, Ireland and England in the pool stage.
