Richard Wright
The Moderin Institute’s former industrial space on Aird’s Lane has been transformed into a work of art, inside and out, by Richard Wright, with the facade freshly painted in red, white and black zig-zags, and an intricately patterned glasswork as a skylight. Meanwhile, on the walls, there is a rare chance to see new works on paper. Wright draws every day, and his paintings and drawings are beautiful things, displayed here alongside books and other reference material. ■ The Modern Institute - Aird’s Lane Bricks Space, Glasgow, until 26 August, www.themoderninstitute.com
