Why crush someone who is just trying to make some honest additional income? – Agape1 Why don’t this lot of problem-finders start complainin­g about massive non-scottish corporatio­ns, eg supermarke­ts, dominating our communitie­s and so killing off little local businesses that might be passed from parent to child? – Honeysuckl­e The whole business of letting for cash needs to be looked at from these ‘homes’ to local B&BS. Cash in hand is cash that can be hidden from the taxpayer very easily. – Headloch Tax people so much that it’s no longer worth renting so they give up. Hotel chains pick up the business.
