Ragwort danger

-

The First Minister is keen to support the rural economy and has a beast to tackle there.

I have just visited Scotland and was shocked to see so much ragwort. It may look sunny just now but is a killer. If livestock eat it they die a slow death from liver failure, it can get into grass cut for hay and has a sweet but lethal taste.

So please Nicola, get the highway verges clear before seeds fly into pasture and you will save animals from agony and farmers from loss.
