St Andrews University has been named the UK’S top mainstream university for offering students the best academic experience.

The results, published today in the National Student Survey 2017, come from a Ipsos Mori census evaluating how satisfied students are with the quality of their higher education experience.

A total of 94 per cent of final year students gave the university top marks for the quality of the learning and teaching experience. SHÂN ROSS
